Boys and Girls Provincial B-Cup is for U13 Silver teams and U14-U18 Gold teams. The Coastal B-Cup is held each year in March and April and is the qualifying competition for Youth Provincial Championships for the Coastal region. In the past each District had Intra-District playdowns to determine a District Representative to put forward for each Division. There is now some movement toward the Leagues providing the required number of Reps for the competition based on League playoffs and or standings. This year the Girls had League based playdowns while the Boys continued with Intra-District playdowns.

Boys and Girls Provincial A-Cup is for U13 Gold teams and U14-U18 A-Level Girls GMSL and Boys BCYSSL teams. The Coastal A-Cup is held each year in March and April and is the qualifying competition for Youth Provincial Championships for the Coastal region.

At U13 this year the Leagues providing the required number of Reps via seeding and or preliminary playoff to establish the Round of 32. For U14-U18 Divisions the top four League teams are seeded and thus avoid playing each other for at least the first round of the playolffs. The remainder of the opponents are drawn from a hat.
